Sony has officially pulled back the curtain on two limited-edition DualSense wireless controllers designed for Grand Theft Auto VI. Revealed during a recent State of Play presentation, the hardware captures the unmistakable aesthetic of Leonida's premier destination ahead of the game's heavily anticipated release.
What Happened
The upcoming hardware lineup includes two distinct models: the Grand Theft Auto VI Black Limited Edition and the Grand Theft Auto VI White Limited Edition.
Both controllers feature a shimmering, color-shifting finish designed to mimic the transition from a coastal Vice City sunset to glowing neon nightlife. In addition to official GTA VI branding, the design incorporates custom palm tree details molded directly into the controller's grip for a unique tactile feel.
The White Edition leans into daytime glamour with pastel skies and white sand aesthetics, while the Black Edition highlights the energy of the city's iconic nightlife. Both retail for $84.99 USD / €84.99 / £74.99.
Why It Matters
Beyond the visual makeover, these controllers are built to leverage the PS5 hardware for Jason and Lucia's upcoming open-world adventure.
Sony confirmed that GTA VI will fully integrate the DualSense controller's advanced haptic feedback and adaptive triggers. These features will deliver dynamic resistance and responsive physical feedback matching on-screen action, giving players a more immersive connection to the game world when it drops.
